Guided Sweat-50 is a 50 minute version of our Guided Flow class. Guided Flow is a foundational vinyasa-style class that focuses on alignment, breath and movement to set students up for success in our Sweat Flow formats. The Guided Flow sequence is a mindful strengthening flow available to students of all levels, especially beginners. Learn any necessary modifications to open your entire body at a manageable pace, accompanied by groovy music. Typical Guided Flows contain a mixture of strong standing postures and deep stretches to achieve your most functional body!
