We’ve been giving surf lessons on the East End of Long Island for over 30 years. No one knows the surf spots in the Hamptons and Montauk better than we do. We know where the waves are breaking, and we know how to teach you to catch them!
Main Beach Surf and Sport offers Hamptons and Montauk Surf Lessons that deliver fun water-based bliss for yourself, family, and friends.
Lessons are 1.5 hours, do not require any prior experience, and include ocean safety instruction. Group lessons for up to 10 people are available with a 2-1 student to instructor ratio.
