Flow Burn is a mindful variation of our signature Flow class. This vinyasa-inspired experience builds off foundational postures and is available to students of all levels, especially beginners! First, connect to your breath and open the body at a manageable pace in a grounded warm up. Then move through a shoulder and wrist-friendly flow without chaturangas (high to mid push ups), with time that allows you to flow independently, accompanied by groovy music. The Flow Burn class arcs with a series of longer held standing postures and core work to encourage mindful focus and detoxification, followed by grounded stretching postures and a relaxing savasana. Students can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.
