This class is geared to those looking to either take their first class or brush up on the foundations of pilates. Our Reformers have springs with varying degrees of tension that are connected to one side of the machine, a carriage that allows you to move horizontally, resistance straps, and a foot bar. Our instructors will smoothly work you through the Reformers, encouraging you to adjust to your comfort level while you find proper breath control, pelvic balance, and an elongating workout!

SUGGESTED CLASS LEVEL: 1 - Beginner or rejoining pilates: 0+ classes recommended

Students will not be admitted into class without grip socks. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
