This class is a challenging core focused vinyasa flow. It blends a classic vinyasa sequence with short core strengthening exercises. This energetic practice incorporates a balance of strength, stamina, cardio, and flexibility. Core Flow is suitable for all levels, but a knowledge of the Modo Flow sequence is recommended.
