This class is geared towards those looking to improve their posture and lengthen, strengthen, and tone every muscle in their body. The exercises will be reformer pilates with a mix of either tower or jumpboard pilates (up to the instructor's discretion).

SUGGESTED CLASS LEVEL:

  • 1 - Beginner or rejoining pilates: 0+ classes recommended
  • Or
  • 2 - Practicing beginner repertoire of exercises and ready for the intermediate principles: 5+ classes recommended

Students will not be admitted into class without grip socks. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
