You can have fun and improve your cardiovascular health with Pilates Jumpboard classes. We will be using a Cardio-Tramp Rebounder to provide a low-impact, high-intensity class for (50) minutes. While lying on your back, you will jump on the cardio trampoline attached to the reformer. This cardio combination class is perfect for anyone looking to combine both a cardio and a reformer workout.
