Beginner/Open Vinyasa Yoga Flow (60 mins)

Yoga mats are provided for Yoga & Pilates Mat classes, but you are welcome to bring your own. This Vinyasa-based class is a perfect balance of stretch and strength that deepens flexibility and challenges muscular function. Practitioners are guided through organic and fluid movements that work the mind and body together to gain greater personal awareness. Students will utilize their breath for power during this flow to experience an invigorating full body workout. This class is geared towards beginner students.
