This class is for beginning learners that are able to float independently and are comfortable with both submerging and streamline kick on both their front and back for 10 yards.
Through challenging drills and structured swim games, students will build upon skills learned in beginner level 1, focusing on endurance, stroke technique, and greater distance swimming. Swimmers will develop a firm understanding of how to best coordinate arm and leg movements and the ability to swim for longer distances independently.
