This is a great full-body class once you’ve got the basics down! Our instructors review the basic principles of Pilates and dive a a little deeper into details regarding body alignment and movement intention. You will learn more about the Tower and Chair in this class, and, as always, we love adding props to traditional Pilates exercises to increase the intensity!
