In an Ashtanga Yoga class the movement is continuous. As we move and flow through the practice we connect the postures to the ebb and flow of the breath. This makes for a moving meditation. Expect continual movement and to sweat a lot, not because the room is heated, but the heat is created within the body due to the movement and the breath.
