This class is a composition of beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. This class focuses on gaining comfort in the water while learning body control. Students will work on breath control, horizontal balance, strengthening the core, and teaching proper spinal alignment for flotation and stroke efficiency. For more advanced students, you will be guided through progressive breath and stroke technique. This is a one-hour class.
